What is your return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time!

However, if your item is damaged in transit please let us know immediately so we can process a claim with the mail carrier. Each item is unique and handmade, so while it may not be possible to replace your item we will work together to make sure we resolve the issue.

 

What is your shipping time?

We try to ship as fast as possible, but average 7-10 days for shipping times.

 

How do I care for my uMMi ceramic piece?

Most pieces are food and dishwasher safe. If not, it will be noted on the product page. To extend the life of your piece please treat it with care.
